Xcel Cabling Solutions technical director Rod Findlay has over 10 years experience in the electrical and data communications industry, completing his apprenticeship with NECA the National Electrical and Communication Association. This experience gave Rod a great view into the Industry with a wide range of Employers.

Rod Findlay

Other then running the business Rod has a passion for fishing and boating, a member of Broken Bay Game fishing club from the age of seven. Rod has spent two seasons working professionally on Marlin fishing boats from Cairns Far north Queensland to Cabo San Lucas Mexico.
Rod’s family also share the fishing bug, designing and building from scratch their own game fishing boat, Murrifin was launched in November 2002 and has won it’s share of tournaments and been Broken Bay Game Fishing Clubs most successful tag and release boat. Murrifin has also proven a handy marketing tool for some of Xcel Cabling Solutions key clients.

Jack Howard

Jack started with our company in 2007 and has picked up the company’s work ethic and training very quickly to now be a very valuable member of the team and is due to complete his trade qualification soon.
